Property and Cancellation Policies

Flexible Rate:

* Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before check-in date (local time).

* Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, including no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Non-Refundable Rate:

* This booking is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

* Full payment will be charged at the time of booking.

Peak Dates / High Season:

* All bookings during peak dates are non-refundable.

* No modifications or cancellations are allowed.

No-Show Policy:

* Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date will be charged 100% of the reservation.

Early Check-Out:

* In case of early departure, the full stay will still be charged.

Modification Policy:

* Date changes are allowed only if requested at least 7 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability. * Rate differences may apply
